The Board of Directors of TRF Limited (the Company) at its meeting held today i.e.
February 14 2020 approved the audited Standalone and Unaudited Consolidated Financial
Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2019.
A copy of the said Results together with the Auditors Report is enclosed herewith.
