Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 51 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 we would like to inform about the change in senior management of Bank as under: Sh. Sanjay Prakash Srivastava General Manager has been appointed as the Interim Chief Risk Officer of the Bank vice Sh. Dheeraj Kumar Gaur who has tendered his resignation with last date as 12.11.2026. His resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure A.Further the details of Sh. Sanjay Prakash Srivastava as required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI circular dated 09th September 2015 are given in enclosed Annexure - B.
