Crest Animation Studios Ltd has informed BSE that due to certain reasons beyond the scope and control of the Company, the 2nd Quarter and 1st Half-yearly accounts of the Company have not been drawn-up, considered and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.
Efforts are on to draw-up the accounts and get it approved by the Board in quick time. The Company will keep informed the Stock Exchanges of developments in this regard.
In the circumstances the Board Meeting stands scheduled for November 21, 2013 stands adjourned till further notice.
