The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held today i.e. March 31 2026 at 04:30 P.M. and concluded at 05:00 P.M. The Board of Directors has inter-alia considered and approved the following:i) Cessation of Shri Rohit Hargovind Bajaj (DIN: 00511745) Shri Sunil Hargovind Bajaj (DIN: 00509786) and Shri Sunilchandra Brindawan Agrawal (DIN: 00511873) as Non-Executive Independent Directors of the Company with effect from March 31 2026 on account of completion of their second consecutive term; andii) Appointment of Mr. Monal Malji (DIN: 00511813) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from March 31 2026 to hold office upto the ensuing Annual General Meeting and subject to approval of the shareholders.
