Bata India Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Gigi Abraham, Group Brands Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of the Directors of the Company w.e.f. December 19, 2012, and his resignation was accepted by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 26, 2013.
