Premier Explosives Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on August 11, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Further, In this connection and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company?s Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed, from August 04, 2015 to August 13, 2015 (both days inclusive).
