Kyra Landscapes Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2015, the following matters were approved:
1. Acceptance of resignation of Mr. Keyur P. Shah from the post of Chief Financial Officer and from the Directorship of the Company due to his pre-occupancies.
2. Acceptance of resignation of Mr. Paresh Shah from the post of Independent Director due to his pre-occupancies.
3. Appointment of Mr. Ravi Jabbar Sharma as the Additional Director cum Whole time director in the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company subject to approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
4. Appointment of Mr. Santosh kumar as the Additional Director cum Independent Director of the Company subject to approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
5. The Board also has approved revised Notice calling Annual General Meeting along with the Revised Annual Report for the year 2014-2015 with respect to the changes in Board structure of the Company.
