In terms of Companys Code of Practices & Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulation 2015, the Trading Window for trading in equity shares of the Company by designated persons shall be closed from today i.e. 6th August, 2018 till 48 hours from the announcement of the un-audited financial results of the Company.
