Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 (LODR Regulations) we wish to inform you that the Un-audited Financial Results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 were approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today (Thursday January 29 2026) which commenced at 3.30 pm and concluded at 5.00 pm have approved the following: 1. Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results duly signed by the Managing Director Executive Director and Company Secretary for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 . 2. Re-appointment of Mr Sudipta Kumar Mukherjee (DIN: 09022104) to function as the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f 30.01.2026 3. Considering issues seeking approval of shareholders of the company pertaining to the resolution to be passed by Postal ballot.
