BHANSALI ENGINEERING POLYMERS LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/06/2020 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended please be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 16th June 2020 at Mumbai to inter alia consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2020 and to recommend dividend if any for the financial year ended 31st March 2020.
Further to our letter having ref. no. BEPL/SEC/2020/190 dated 31st March 2020 we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the Companys equity shares by the designated persons and/ or their immediate relatives was already closed w.e.f. 1st April 2020 and that the same shall open on 19th June 2020.
