As per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that the Company has appointed Ms. Dhara Manojkumar Sanghavi as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 7th March 2020.
