Vivanta Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/07/2026 inter alia to consider and approve This is in continuation to our earlier intimation dated 21ST July 2026 regarding the Board Meeting scheduled on Friday July 24th 2026 inter alia to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June 2026. We wish to inform you that due to heavy rainfall and the prevailing adverse weather conditions the said Board Meeting has been rescheduled and will now be held on Wednesday July 29th 2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June 2026.
