Premier Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 02, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015.
Further, as per the Company?s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees and Directors from October 21, 2015 to November 04, 2015 (both days inclusive).
