Nutraplus India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2016, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of Re. 0.50/- per fully paid up equity share of Rs. 10/- each, for the year ended March 31, 2016.
