HFCL: Closure of Trading Window

We would like to inform you that in compliance of the provisions of the SEBl (PIT) Regulations 2015 and the Companys "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct
for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons" "Insider Trading Code") the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons including Insiders as per the Insider Trading Code shall remain closed with effect from October 01 2019 for the purpose of consideration of Un-audited Financial Results both standalone and consolidated for the second quarter and half year ended September30 2019 of the financial year 2019-20 till 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid Un-audited Financial Results.

The date of the Board meeting to consider the Un-audited Financial Results both standalone and consolidated for the second quarter and half year ended September 30 2019 of the financial year 2019-20 shall be intimated separately.
