Compuage Infocom Ltd has informed BSE that as per the requirement and according to the provisions of the Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 & Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014 and any other applicable provisions thereof, the Company re-designated by appointing Mr. Sunil Mehta as the Chief Financial Officer w.e.f. August 11, 2014 and regarded as 'Key Managerial Personnel' of the Company.
