The Company has decided Monday September 20 2021 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of :
1. Determining the members eligible to vote on all the resolutions setout in the notice; and
2.Declaration of Dividend for the Finaacial Year ended March 31 2021 if any.
3. The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Book will remain closed from September 21 2021 to September 28 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
