Purva Sharegl.stry (P) Ltd pertaining to transfer of Equity Shares of the Company for the Period from 01.04.2016 to 30.09.2016 for the purpose of issuing a Certificate as per Regulations 40(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations 2015 and the Listing Agreement entered lnto by M/8. KGN Industries Limited, with the Stock Exchanges.

Based on our examination of records of the Company, 1n our opinion and to the best of the lnformation and according to explanation given to us, we hereby certify that, there were no transfer requests, no request for sub division, consolidation, renewal, exchange or endorsement of calls/allotment monies 1n respect of half year ended on 30" September, 2018.
