Tirupati Inks: Board Meeting Rescheduled

Since the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) has been initiated against the corporate Debtor -M/S Tirupati Inks Ltd vide order of Honble NCLT, Principal Bench, New Delhi dated 02.11.2017, the notices were not sent to all the Directors for the proposed Board Meeting to be held on 09.11.2017 and the Limited Review Report from the Auditors of the company could not be obtained ,hence the Board Meeting to be held on 09.11.2017 is cancelled.

The next date for holding Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 14th November, 2017 to interalia, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company, for the Quarter and Half Year Ended on 30th September, 2017.
