We wish to inform that the company has not issued any municipal debt instruments or any other instruments and as such the provisons of SEBI (Issue and Listing of Municipal Debt Securities) Regulations read with SEBi Circular dated 13.11.2019 is not applicable and as such there is not requirement to open a escrow account or create a lien.
