Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has inter alia:Approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) as per IND-AS for the quarter ended December 31 2025 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors is attached as Annexure - A.
