Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall also remain close for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives w.e.f. 1st July 2020 for the purpose of consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2020.
The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2020 become generally available.
