Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
Further, pursuant to clause 3(2)(3) of Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company remains closed from August 05, 2016 to August 15, 2016 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open for trading from August 16, 2016.
