With reference to above we wish to inform you that the Board of Director of the Company have at their meeting held today i.e. on 16.04.2021 interalia considered the following:
1. Approved the proposal to sell the property of the Company as mentioned below and authorized to Whole Time Director for entering into agreement to sell document without possession and to take appropriate action in the matter arising out of sale of the said property jointly:

Land long with the premises standing theron situate at Nilkanth industrial Estate Sanand - Viramgam Highway Nr. Iyava Bus Stop Sanand-382170 Gujarat.
2. To take note of sad demise of Shri Bhupendra Jayantilal Shah (DIN: 00325446) Chairman.
3. Board of Director has unanimously decided to appoint Shri Shaileshkumar Jayantilal Shah (DIN: 00777653) Managing Director to act as Chairman also. Thus Shri Shaileshkumar Jayantilal Shah (DIN: 00777653) will now act as a Chairman and Managing Director.
