We hereby inform you that the unaudited quarterly financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30 2021 ("Quarterly Results") were placed at a meeting between the Auditor Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Company Secretary (CS) and the Resolution Professional (RP) on November 13 2021. Accordingly the unaudited financials of the Company have today been taken on record by the RP in consultation with the CFO and the Auditor.
The above financial results were approved by the Directors of the Company at a meeting held on November 13 2021.
