To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and Nine month ended on 31st December 2025.Further in compliance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed on Thursday January 01 2026 and shall continue to remain close till the end of 48 hours from the conclusion of the meeting of the Board Meeting.
