Please refer to our letter dated August 3 2020 wherein we have informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company are being closed from August 25 2020 to August 27 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company. We hereby further inform that the aforesaid book closure dates will also be considered to determine the entitlement of the shareholders to the aforesaid interim dividend of 125% i.e Rs.1.25 (Rupee one and paise twenty five) per equity share of Re.1/- each on the equity share capital of the Company for the year 2020-21 as approved by the Board on August 12 2020 and the same will be paid on or before September 4 2020.
