| BSE Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that BSE Sammaan CSR Limited ( BSE Sammaan ), a wholly owned subsidiary of BSE Limited, is under the process of voluntary liquidation. BSE Sammaan had built a business that was predicated on its platform Sammaan 2.0 and its source of revenue was through subscription and consulting fees. Now, BSE Sammaan has handed over this platform to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and is to be relaunched as the National CSR Exchange. Hence, there will be no further business operations and therefore management of BSE Sammaan has initiated the process of voluntary liquidation.It may be noted that BSE Sammaan is not a material subsidiary of BSE Limited and therefore it will not impact materially on consolidated financials of BSE Limited.'. |
