This is in furtherance to our letter dated January 12 2022 enclosing the Postal Ballot Notice dated January 7 2022 seeking the approval of the Members of the Company for the following:-1. Re-designation/continuation of Dr. Amarnath Gupta (DIN:00053985) as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Board w.e.f.14th February 2022 and payment of Remuneration3. Re-designation/appointment of Deputy Managing Director Mr. T.V. Chowdary (DIN:00054220) as Managing Director w.e.f.14th February 2022 and payment of Remuneration 4.
