Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company?s Code of Conduct for prevention inside trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in shares of the company closed from September 28, 2016 to October 02, 2016. The trading window shall open from October 03, 2016.
All Directors, KMP and designated employees are advised not to deal in shares of the Company during the closure of trading window.
