Further to our letter dated January 11 2020 the meeting of Resolution Professional Board of Directors (suspended) & KMP which was scheduled to be held on today i.e. January 20 2020 to inter alia consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Year ended March 31 2019 could not be convened due to lack of quorum. The meeting time was 4.00 pm and the Resolution Professional and KMPs waited for one hour but as the quorum was not present meeting now adjourned sine die.
The next date of meeting to consider and approve the afroesaid results will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges shortly.
