Innovative Tech Pack Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2017, inter alia, has recommendation of Final Dividend of 25% i.e. Rs. 0.25 (Twenty Five Paisa) per Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 1 each for the Financial Year 2016-2017 subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
