1. To consider and approve the Board of Directors Report and Corporate Governance Report along with Annexures thereto for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.
2. To fix the day, date, time and venue for convening the 17th Annual General Meeting and to approve the draft notice for the same.
3. To consider closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Book.
