This is further to our earlier intimation dated January 20 2020.
In terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI Listing Regulations we hereby submit a copy of the Earnings Presentation on inter-alia the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd
quarter and nine months ended December 31 2019 of the Financial Year 2019-20 both on Standalone and Consolidated basis to be discussed during the Earnings Call scheduled to be held today i.e. on January 21 2020 at 04:00 p.m.
It may be noted that the Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved the aforesaid Financial Results of the Company in its meeting held on January 20 2020.
