Alfa Transformers Ltd has now informed BSE that with reference to the earlier letter dated August 04, 2016 wherein the businesses to be transacted by the Board of Directors, the Company have inadvertently mentioned approval of allotment of Equity Shares and/or Warrants through Private placement basis to promoter and non- promoter group instead of approval of proposal for issuance of Equity Shares and/or Warrants on Private placement basis to promoter and non- promoter group.
Further, in pursuance to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct formulated thereunder, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from August 06, 2016 to August 15, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the aforesaid purposes.
