With reference to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we Videocon Industries Limited would like to inform your good office that Mrs. Samridhi Kumari has tendered her resignation vide letter dated August 12 2023 from the position/office of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer in the Company and the same being effective from August 31 2023. The said resignation shall be placed before the Committee of Creditors for their consideration since the Company is currently undergoing corporate insolvency resolution process under the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016.
