This is with reference to our letter dated 22nd January 2018,intimating the date of Postal Ballot for the purpose of Migration of Company from BSE SME Platform to Main Board.
In this regard ,please note that Mr. Gaurav Jain, Practicing Company Secretary, Bangalore (CP No. 13461).who was appointed as Scrutinizer for the aforesaid Postal Ballot process has submitted his report today. In accordance with said report, the members of the Company have approved the Special Resolution as embodied in the Postal Ballot Notice dated January 12, 2018. The results of the Postal Ballot were accordingly announced today.
