This has been finalised by the Board at its meeting held on 14th August 2023.Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 42 of teh SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday 20th September 2023 to Tuesday 26th September 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company and to ascertain the names of the members who would be entitled to receive dividend if declared for the financial year ended 31st March 2023.
