In pursuance to the Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 after duly reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in their respective meeting(s) held today i.e. July 29th 2020 please find attached herewith the following(s):-

(1) Signed copy of the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31 2020 together with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities.

(2) Auditors Report on Quarterly Financial Results and year to date results of the Company with unmodified opinion thereupon.

(3) A declaration pursuant to the Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (as amended) and in compliance with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated May 27th 2016.
