We would like to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading window for dealing in Equity shares of the company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relative from January 01 2024 to January 31 2024 for the purpose of declaration of the financial results of the company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31 2023.
