MODI RUBBER LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/02/2020 inter alia to consider and approve inter-alia approve the following:
(1) Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended December 2019 and review limited review report of the Statutory Auditors for the publication as per SEBI LODR requirements.
(2) Quarterly Compliances/ Secretarial reports submitted with the stock exchanges in accordance with LODR for the quarter ended December 31st 2019.
