This has reference to compliance under Regulation 24A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD1/27/2019 dated February 8 2019 for filing Annual Secretarial Compliance Report and SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/3 dated March 19 2020 for extension of time for filing the said Compliance Report by June 30 2020 due to the CoVID -19 virus pandemic.
In this regard we are enclosing herewith "Annual Secretarial Compliance Report" of REC Limited (formerly Rural Electrification Corporation Limited) issued by M/s. Hemant Singh & Associates Company Secretaries for your information and record.
