1. Mr. Gopichand Idandas, Mr. Venkatanaerayan Naaraayan and Ayer Sriram have resigned from the directorship of the company w.e.f. May 12, 2014.

2. Mrs. Seema Roy Choudhury, Mr. Avijit Das, Mr. Asit Kumar Ghosh & Mr. Subham Paul have been appointed as additional directors of the Company w.e.f. May 12, 2014.
