Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015 and in
furtherance to our disclosure through Outcome of Board Meeting dated April 30 2020 this is to inform you
that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 03
2020 to July 09 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 15111 Annual General Meeting and payment of
final Dividend. The next Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be held on Thursday July 09 2020
at 3.00 pm through Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means as per the Circulars issued by the
Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
