As per the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders adopted by the company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the Companys Shares will remain closed for all specified persons of the company on and from the beginning of business hours of 6th August, 2018 to till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results to the public, i.e. Monday, 13th August 2018.
