Intimation regarding rejection as withdrawal of the proposed preferential issue of up to 21 57 000 convertible warrants to the Promoters and Promoter Group of the Company with reference of our earlier letter bearing No. D&H/CS/2026-27/54 dated 15th October 2026.we would like to inform you that the BSE Limited on 22nd October 2026 by their listing portal on the case no. 262250 allotted to the Company has rejected the aforesaid proposed warrants as withdrawn.
