Prism Informatics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company had approved the following by Circular Resolution dated September 15, 2014 :
- Allotment of 26,40,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at the premium of Rs. 24/- per equity share arising on conversion of 6,60,000 2% Non Cumulative Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (NCCP?s- Series V) of Rs. 100 each/- at the conversion price of Rs. 25/- determined in accordance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.
