Interglobe Aviation: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Directorate

In compliance with Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI LODR Regulations we hereby inform that the Board of Directors (Board) of InterGlobe Aviation Limited (Company) has appointed Mr. Meleveetil Damodaran as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board with effect from July 16 2022 subject to the approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting by a special resolution. The details as required under the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated Sept. 9 2015 are attached as Annexure I with a copy of the Press Release attached as Annexure II.In compliance with SEBI Order dated June 14 2018 to the Stock Exchanges and further SEBI Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20 2018 we hereby confirm that Mr. Meleveetil Damodaran has not been debarred from holding the office of Directors by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.This is for your information and record.
