Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that Company has received an Intimation on 30th June 2023 from KFin Technologies limited (formerly known as KFin Technologies Private Limited) the Companys Registrar Transfer Agent ("RTA") regarding loss of share certificates and issue letter of confirmations and in that respect relevant details are enclosed herewith. Accordingly letter of confirmations will be issued in lieu of duplicate share certificates only after the necessary formalities are carried out. This is for your intimation and record.
