GACM Technologies: Outcome of Board Meeting

Stampede Capital Ltd has informed BSE, vide its letter dated August 14, 2014, that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2014, inter alia, has:

1. Noted and Accepted Mr. Venkat S. Meenavalli stepping down as a Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. August 14, 2014 and continue to be a Director on the Board and Non-Executive Chairman of the Company. He will be leading day to day Global Operations of Singapore Subsidiary Stampede Technologies Pte. Limited including its Idle Computing Operations, and

2. Accepted the Resignation of Mr. A. Veerabhadra Rao as Independent Director on the Board and appointed Mr. Prathipati Parthasarthi as Independent Director on the Board in his place.
